Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks and staff supervision.
- Oversee budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy in account reconciliation and account analysis.
- Utilize Quickbooks and Appfolio for tracking expenses, managing accounts, and generating financial statements.
- Maintain records of debits and credits, ensuring compliance with governmental accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to clerical staff on financial concepts and reporting procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, and corporate accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Appfolio or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform account reconciliation and analysis effectively.
- Strong written communication skills for financial report writing.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
