Seeking a Mentor for Young Boy with Developmental Disability
You can make a difference in the life of someone special! We are looking for an engaging and experienced staff (1:1 support) to work with a 13 year old boy with Autism. In this critical role, you will provide support by supporting him with independent living skills and going out into the community. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, compassionate and must be reliable. Experience is strongly preferred.
Certification: Driver's license with vehicle; clean drivers record, minimum of college: Associates or Bachelors degree, preferably with an education, physical education or special needs training background. Pay rate dependent on qualifications.
Thursday 4-7pm
Friday 4-7pm
Saturday/Sunday 8 hour shift
Pay rate: $20, additionally $.70 per mile for transportation reimbursement
Location: Manlius, NY
Reliable transportation is required. Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by non-profit agency.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
