We are looking for a Director of Membership to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach.
Set to open its doors in 2025, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 170 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand's flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel with an aim to open its doors again ahead of the 2025 winter high season.
The Director of Membership will be the driving force behind the creation, growth, and success of the membership club at Delano Miami Beach as we prepare for the re-opening of this iconic property. This role will focus on attracting, engaging, and retaining an exclusive, highly-desirable membership base, ensuring exceptional member experiences and creating a lasting sense of community. You will lead the membership team, strategize revenue growth initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standard of service and benefits for members.

- Work closely with hotel operations, sales, marketing, and events teams to create seamless integration of the membership program into the broader Delano experience.
- Coordinate with hotel operations teams including but not limited to Front Desk, Concierge, F&B, and wellness teams to ensure that every member benefit is delivered with the signature Delano style, creating the ultimate luxury experience.
- Attend premier industry events and networking functions to spread the word about Delano's membership offering
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and luxury partners who share Delano's vision, establishing the club as the epitome of exclusivity.
- Position Delano Miami Beach as the go-to destination for members who seek extraordinary experiences, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive the club's continued success.
