- Coordinate with hotel operations teams including but not limited to Front Desk Concierge F&B and wellness teams to ensure that every member benefit is delivered with the signature Delano style creating the ultimate luxury experience.
- Attend premier industry events and networking functions to spread the word about Delanos membership offering
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with influencers industry leaders and luxury partners who share Delanos vision establishing the club as the epitome of exclusivity.
