Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow expertise and a passion for process improvement? We re looking for someone like YOU to join our team in Boston, MA for an 8-month onsite contract role!
What we re looking for:
Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
Agile methodology champion story creation, backlog grooming, testing
Excellent skills in documentation & testing (user stories, process flows)
Experience in training delivery live sessions, train the trainer models
Key Responsibilities Include:
Translating business requirements into agile stories
Supporting testing and customization of the ServiceNow platform
Delivering user training and maintaining process documentation
Identifying automation and optimization opportunities
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive success
Location: Boston, MA (Only local candidates will be considered due to onsite requirement & in-person interviews)
Duration: 8 Months
