Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or related field from a 4-year accredited institution and at least 4 years of related experience.
- CPA with small to mid-size public accounting firm experience preferred.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, payroll, billing, client funds, and receivables.
- Oversee and direct three accounting staff.
- Manage cash, reconcile balance sheet, and bank statements.
- Maintain all account analyses and assist auditors with year-end reporting for various audits.
- Assist with the preparation of cash flow projections.
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare journal entries for accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and documents business transactions.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and budget reports.
