About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate staff, take messages, and greet visitors professionally.
- Mail Handling: Sort incoming mail, distribute it to relevant staff, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter information into databases, maintain accurate files and records, and update spreadsheets regularly.
- Document Preparation: Type letters, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain office equipment, and manage inventory.
- Copying and Filing: Make copies of documents and manage electronic and physical filing systems.
- Customer Service: Provide basic information to clients, handle inquiries, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Required Skills:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and maintain a structured workspace.
