What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle HCM QA Analyst position at Accroid Inc?
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SIT test scripts based on the business requirements.
- Document and retest defects, manage the defect resolution process.
- Review and refine test scenarios and scripts with QA Lead and SMEs.
- Coordinate SIT test execution with project managers and QA Lead.
- Develop UAT test scripts and perform regression testing before Go-Live.
- Support end-to-end testing sessions and Go/No-Go decisions.
- 6 years testing and validating Oracle HCM Fusion functionality.
- Experience with Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, and Reports.
- Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI/RICEW.
- Proficiency in developing test cases and plans for Oracle HCM modules.
- Expertise in data migration, as well as functional, system integration, user acceptance, and E2E testing.
- Experience executing test cases and identifying defects.
- Ability to create and maintain test data.
- Experience collaborating with business and IT teams to translate requirements into test cases.
- Proficiency in manual testing, test planning, and execution for SIT and UAT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering Technology, or similar.
