As a Technical Analyst I on the Application Management Services (AMS) team, you provide functional and technical expertise to our clients with Cerner Millennium software. Much of your time will be spent troubleshooting service requests, retesting workflows, resolving client incidents, and maintaining frontend and backend applications while creating documentation throughout the duration of an issue. While performing troubleshooting via backend methods, you will capture log files, query tables, update database fields, and update servers. As you work with Cerner technologies, you prioritize your work and provide exceptional service and accomplishments to your team and customers.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $21.97 to $42.88 per hour; from: $45,700 to $89,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Responsibilities:
As a Technical Solution Analyst, you will improve, supervise and support the applications. You will perform ongoing fixing, enhancements to the application ensuring the solution is fully optimized and operational. Your end goal is to meet and exceed client contractual obligations related to incidents and enhancements to the client’s solution. We are looking for versatile and innovative individuals with a willingness to learn along with a technical background supported by experience or education in information technologies. Additionally, respond to requests or improvements from users, act as focal point resource for the team and represent the team at key internal or client meetings planned or whenever vital. Will also be required to support a scheduled on call rotation for critical client issues specific times throughout the year.
Work involves problem solving with assistance and mentorship in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for performing fixing investigations by gathering information, solving tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. In addition, you will prioritize work based on severity and vitality balancing client and business needs. You will collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals, document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.
