- Play a key role in managing and enhancing benefits and compensation programs.
- Take charge of vendor management, process compliance, and improve operational workflows.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
- Analyze compensation data and provide insights to support ongoing improvements.
- Align compensation strategies with organizational objectives and industry standards.
- Drive process optimization and the continuous refinement of compensation and benefits structures.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications like GPHR, CEBS are desirable).
- 5–7 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software (Workday desired)
- Experience working with global teams and managing vendor relationships is beneficial.
- Experience in the packaging or manufacturing sectors.
