Manage the operational aspects of the Greater Charlotte Market, including analyzing clinical staffing efficiency, assessing ROI on capital investments, and conducting retrospective performance evaluations to ensure optimal financial and operational outcomes.
Partner with clinical leadership to drive new business initiatives, providing financial expertise to inform strategic decisions that enhance market growth and service delivery.
Support the month-end closing process by ensuring accurate financial documentation and timely reporting in alignment with organizational goals.
Offer valuable insights on product line performance, using data to inform leadership decisions on resource allocation and service optimization.
Champion diversity and inclusion within the team, cultivating an engaged and collaborative environment that promotes high performance.
Ensure a commitment to patient safety and quality care and align operational decisions with patient-centered objectives.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance (Graduate degree preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in accounting services, with prior supervisory experience and a proven track record of developing teams and driving performance.
CPA certification is preferred, with strong financial and analytical skills to interpret complex data and support sound business decisions.
Demonstrated financial acumen, committed to ensuring the fiscal health of the organization while aligning financial strategies with both operational goals and patient care priorities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to clearly articulate complex ideas and collaborate across teams to achieve shared objectives.
A high-energy leader who balances hands-on execution with strategic delegation, with an urgency to meet organizational needs and contribute to the success of the organization.
