- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is accurate and up to date
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee HR-related inquiries
- Help coordinate training sessions, HR programs, and company events
- 1-4 years of HR experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-starter mentality
- Ability to uphold a high-level of confidentiality and discretion
- Experience within a smaller organization highly preferred
