- Standardize and optimize onboarding processes, creating uniform training schedules and onboarding plans.
- Serve as the primary contact for workplace issues, fostering a positive work environment and improving employee-manager communication.
- Support talent development by identifying growth opportunities and assist leadership with performance reviews and development plans.
- Implement HR policies compliant with federal and state regulations, while enhancing company culture by organizing team-building activities and events.
- Over 5 years of Human Resources experience, including employee relations and retention strategy implementation.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and lead organizational change across all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with experience managing change in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior with a commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment with familiarity with ADP systems.
