- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including general ledger entries, cash flow statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes for multiple entities, ensuring accurate consolidations
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures
- Generate and analyze consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Manage accounting operations for multiple entities, including intercompany transactions and eliminations
- Oversee consolidation processes to produce accurate and comprehensive financial reporting
- Partner with field accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in accounting and finance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions
