What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable position at AcctPositions?
Our client is seeking an accounts payable specialist with strong hands-on experience managing the accounts payable function for a Non-Profit. This role will be a stand-alone Accounts Payable specialist and will work closely with the Controller.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepares and processes payments for vendor invoices.
- Reviews purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify for payment.
- Record and reconcile credit card transactions.
- Responds to client inquiries and resolves any discrepancies.
- Other Special Projects as needed.
