The Senior Analyst will assist the Director of Implementation (DOI) and EVP Operations with coordination of activities associated with the onboarding and implementation of new client partnerships with Accuity. Provide a superior client implementation experience by facilitating frictionless interactions between Accuity and the client.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordination of meetings with internal and external leadership and staff related to pilot implementation; Scheduling meetings as well as compiling and preparing meeting agendas and distributing agendas or content prior to meetings
    1. Create recaps and meeting minutes and distribute post call to attendees including presentations used during meeting
    2. Taking notes and helping with the capture of relevant data during client project calls
  • Assist with project task monitoring and follow up of coming due or overdue tasks - both internally and client-facing
  • Coordinating with Director of Implementation (DOI) on the update and maintenance of project plan
  • Serve as liaison between Accuity and Client for requesting and set up of remote access into client systems
  • Assist with creation of and/or updating project documentation based on project scope, organizational requirements, workflow, and processes that are defined during the implementation phase
  • Setup of Microsoft Teams project channel and SharePoint site
  • Assist with go-live troubleshooting and tracking of issues
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements


Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Healthcare certifications not required but preferred: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CDIP


Experience:

  • Must have prior hospital healthcare revenue cycle experience, either as a service/vendor or with hospital healthcare provider including one or more of the following prior experiences.
  1. Experience as an Analyst in hospital HIM/Informatics or other Revenue Cycle function and/or
  2. Prior HIM or CDI experience preferred including knowledge of hospital coding and or CDI processes
  • Must have experience with one or more hospital Healthcare Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems including: EPIC (HB), Cerner/Soarian, Meditech, AllScripts
  • Experience participating in the implementation of revenue cycle services or products is highly desirable
  • Project management or experience working as part of a cross functional team in a project preferred
  • Proficient to expert user of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams. SharePoint)
  • Prior experience with workflow design software (Visio) preferred but not required
