Duties
- Process payroll for multiple small business entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Schedule required payroll tax payments and notify each client of them
- Perform data entry tasks related to employee hours, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, including journal entries and general ledger accounting.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies.
- Generate payroll reports
