Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic District Manager to lead a team of fast food restaurant managers and staff, ensuring that each location provides a memorable and exceptional dining experience. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations, driving operational excellence, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment, inspire growth, and uphold the values of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Provide ongoing training and development for restaurant managers and their teams.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate staff performance, promoting a culture of growth and high standards.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees across multiple locations.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Manage and implement business plans, ensuring smooth execution of administrative processes (e.g., complaint resolution, approval processes).
- Maintain a high level of customer service by monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Manage controllable costs within budget, including food, labor, supplies, and repairs/maintenance costs.
- Regularly analyze and optimize costs to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Business Planning & Reporting:
- Participate in period-based business planning and forecasting.
- Monitor performance metrics across all locations, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- General Management:
- Ensure locations are fully stocked with necessary supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with other District Managers to achieve regional or company-wide goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fast food or retail management, preferably with multi-unit oversight.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and meet cost-control goals.
- Experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations within the district.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a district management role within the foodservice industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
