We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Building Maintenance Technician with skills in multiple trades.

Proper Equipment:
Not necessarily having every tool, but having most tools required to complete most jobs and knowing which tools are needed for the job.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a solution in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate with Lead Craftsman, Office Manager, Fellow Craftsmen, Homeowners, Vendors, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Presentable:
On Time
Clean-Cut appearance
Decent looking vehicle
Organized and well maintained tools
Other:
- Communicates with customer about things around the house that Ace has the ability to fix.
- Earns customer's confidence through integrity, delivering what is promised, and never promising what cannot be delivered.
- Requesting positive reviews from the customer after delivering a quality end result to their project.
- Collecting payment from customers in the field.
- Documenting project work through notes and photos.
- Contributing to a winning Craftsman team.
