A good overall knowledge of all trades:
Not necessarily having every tool, but having most tools required to complete most jobs and knowing which tools are needed for the job.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a solution in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate with Lead Craftsman, Office Manager, Fellow Craftsmen, Homeowners, Vendors, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Presentable:
On Time
Clean-Cut appearance
Decent looking vehicle
Organized and well maintained tools
