Title: Regional Retail Sales Manager
Reports to: VP of Retail Sales
Classification: Salary / Exempt
The Regional Retail Sales Manager will oversee and coordinate all retail activities in an assigned, two market region. They will be instrumental in leading retail stores to achieving the company goals outlined in the Vision Statement. Exceeding profit goals, developing of associates, and providing an exceptional customer experience are priorities for this role.

What You Will Do
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Identifies, hires, and plays an integral part in the development of current and future leaders.
- Oversees the performance of store managers to include monitoring schedules, associate performance, and sales activities.
- Conducts frequent (4-6 per quarter) visits to each store to review store operations, provide constructive feedback, and model exemplary leadership and teamwork.
- With Human Resources, handles discipline and termination of associates in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Acts as liaison between store operations and corporate leadership; communicates corporate expectations and collaborates with Store Sales Managers to create and execute plans aligned with the Vision Statement.
- Analyzes regional sales and operational records and reports to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
- Develops sales goals for each location, monitors progress, and develops strategies to attract and retain customers; collaborates with other teams to develop programs and promotions to increase sales and introduce new products and services.
- Identifies improvement opportunities, designs and implements training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity, morale, and associate development.
- Travels to stores and markets to improve teamwork, build relationships, perform store reviews, and interview applicants.
- Schedules and directs regular sales meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals, and increase morale; collaborates with executive leadership to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies.
- Prepares and implements region-wide budgets, monitors and approves expenses; maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
What You Will Need
- Excellent customer service skills, dependability, and a team player mindset
- Pass a pre-employment physical & drug screen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; OR Extensive experience as sales manager in a multi-unit retail environment
- Maintain valid Driver’s License
