Job Summary: As a Garden Center Associate, you will be the face of our garden center, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our plants and products are well-maintained. You'll assist customers with plant selection, offer gardening advice, and maintain the overall appearance of the garden center.Greet customers warmly and assist with their gardening needs.

Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care, gardening techniques, and pest control.

Maintain and organize plant displays, ensuring they are healthy and visually appealing.

Assist with restocking and merchandising garden products, including soil, fertilizers, and garden tools.

Water, prune, and care for plants to ensure their health and vitality.

Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.

Keep the garden center clean and presentable, including sweeping, weeding, and general tidying.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Assist with special events, workshops, and seasonal promotions.

Must have experience in assembling outdoor furniture and lawn ornaments

Passion for gardening and knowledge of various plants and gardening techniques.

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Ability to lift 50lbs. and move heavy items, such as bags of soil and large plants.
