Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Nurse Supervisor to support the Nurse Family Partnership Program in Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities :
- Become familiar with and actively participates in the preparation and monitoring of the NFP budget to ensure appropriate use of funds
- Assess and develop strategies to address knowledge and skill gaps of nurse home visitors and support staff.
- Ensure implementation of quality improvement strategies
- Provide routine surveillance of potential client care incidents
- Develop and implement regular reflective practice supervision within the program and conduct field visits, both with frequency recommended by NFP
