ThoughtSpot Lead

About the Role :

We are seeking highly skilled ThoughtSpot Lead to drive the design, development, and optimization of ThoughtSpot solutions for enhanced data visualization and business insights. This role requires a deep understanding of ThoughtSpot functionalities, data integration, and performance tuning to deliver scalable and efficient analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & Develop: Architect, develop, and optimize ThoughtSpot dashboards and solutions to meet business needs.

• Data Integration: Manage and integrate data from multiple sources using ETL processes, ensuring high levels of accuracy and integrity.

• Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of ThoughtSpot features, including search optimization, performance tuning, and security configurations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable ThoughtSpot solutions.

• System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure system reliability, monitor performance, and resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth operations.

• Best Practices & Innovation: Implement best practices for ThoughtSpot development and stay updated with the latest advancements in analytics and visualization.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in ThoughtSpot development, including dashboard creation, data modeling,and optimization.

• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and data governance.

• Expertise in SQL and database management for efficient data retrieval and transformation.

• Hands-on experience in performance tuning and search optimization in ThoughtSpot.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience in cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
