Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate or "of counsel" Attorney, primarily on-site. The attorney will be responsible for handling civil litigation, trial, and appellate matters, providing advice, conducting research, and representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
Qualifications :
2-8 years of legal practice
- in handling civil litigation in state and Federal courts, including complex litigation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong legal research skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Law review or law journal experience
- Florida Bar admission is required
