About ACG Mental Performance: 
ACG Mental Performance is a leading virtual platform dedicated to enhancing the mental performance of athletes aged 13 . Our platform provides personalized one-on-one and group coaching sessions delivered by experienced mental performance coaches. We empower young athletes to develop the mental skills and resilience necessary to excel in their respective sports. 
 
Job Description: 
We seek a dynamic Account Executive to join our team at ACG Mental Performance. In this role, you will drive sales and business development efforts by connecting with coaches, players, and organizations within various sports communities. You will attend events and competitions to introduce them to our mental performance platform and establish partnerships that drive revenue growth. 
You will help lead and develop an account management model for customers. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Provide experience-based guidance in developing go-to-market sales strategy. 
  • Identify and attend soccer, golf, tennis, and other sporting events, tournaments, and conferences to connect with coaches, players, and organizations. 
  • Engage with key stakeholders to introduce them to ACG Mental Performance and articulate our platform's value proposition. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with coaches, athletic directors, league executives and other decision-makers to generate leads and drive sales opportunities. 
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our mental performance platform. 
  • As needed, handle inbound customer inquiry and sales calls. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies to reach potential customers. 
  • Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management. 
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. 
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics. 
  • Participate in company social media 
  • Help create and operate an account management model. 
 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the sports industry. 
  • Knowledge of and passion for sports. 
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the mental aspects of sports performance. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with diverse audiences. 
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and autonomously. 
  • Ability to travel frequently to attend events and conferences and work flexible hours as needed. 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.  
  • GoHighLevel or RevSpring experience preferred. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and help with what’s needed. 
  • A sense of urgency. 
  • Passionate about the ACG mission 
  • Highly organized 
 
Preferred Qualities 
  • Previous experience selling to pro sports teams, universities, and youth sports. 
  • Previous account management experience.  
  • Collegiate athlete experience. 
  • Lives in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
