Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and hardworking Part timeFront Desk Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role will work directly with all persons in the Fairfax office as a point of contact for front desk coverage, calls, mail, faxes, and materials. This role is an in-office position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collect referrals via phone and email for pediatric therapy services and document referrals accordingly
- Ensure morning scheduled therapy sessions are occurring as planned, find session coverage as needed
- Answer front desk phone and distribute emails, mail, faxes, UPS, and other deliveries as necessary
- Monitor and maintain positive employee morale for office staff and therapists
- Maintain the appearance / cleanliness of the office (kitchen, reception area, conference room, etc.), light cleaning of fridge, wipe down of high traffic areas throughout the day and organization of the storage room
- Effectively communicate any known office related issues to manager to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely fashion
- Other duties assigned by manager
