Achieve Physical Therapy is an industry leading outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy practice.
We are excited to add a full time Practice Manager to oversee administrative operations across our 4 locations. This position will primarily be responsible for the health and performance of our administrative team, as well as general HR, payroll, credentialing, accounts payable, compliance, and IT oversight.

Essential Job Duties:
- Lead an administrative team of 5-7 professionals
- Monitor all admin workflows and processes
- Assist Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) and billers with their day-to-day responsibilities and provide emergency PCC/billing coverage as needed
- Host bi-weekly staff meetings and monthly check-ins with all direct reports
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Coordinate employee benefits
- Credential physical therapy providers
- Assist with interviewing candidates and draft offer letter to new hires prn
- Onboard all new staff
- Engage in service recovery
- Plan company events
- Liaise with IT partners to solve issues
- Order administrative supplies
- Manage the company’s compliance program
- Oversee Accounts Payable
- Manage company’s HRIS
- Offboard employees
- Oversee employee engagement survey
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of healthcare or business-related office experience leading a team, working with customers, scheduling team members, and general HR duties
- Associates Degree or higher
- Knowledge and understanding of insurance guidelines and medical terminology
- Knowledge and understanding of time tracking, payroll, and HR information systems
- Must be friendly, warm, and empathetic - capable of developing strong relationships and communicating well with others
- Tech savvy – Microsoft Office, Google Drive, HRIS experience, EMR experience
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone skills, and customer service
- Highly detail-oriented with time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively problem solve and think creatively
- Ability to work both independently and as team
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and electronically
