Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program
Manager with a PMP certification to join our team in our Fairfax, VA office. The Program
Manager will oversee the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment
with organizational objectives, budget adherence, and timely delivery of services to our
clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of multiple projects from
inception to completion.
-Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with
stakeholders.
-Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
-Ensure effective communication and coordination between project teams,
stakeholders, and management.
-Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to achieve project milestones and
deliverables.
-Monitor and report project status, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to
senior leadership.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management methodologies
and processes.
-Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction
and ongoing partnership.
Qualifications:
Required: Active PMP Certification.
-Bachelor’s degree in business management, healthcare staffing, government
contracting, or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Program or Project Management.
-Experience working in federal government contracting or related fields preferred.
-Proficiency with standard project management software tools and methodologies.
-P&L Management experience is required
