Primary Job Duties and Tasks :
- Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing various programs and initiatives within the client to ensure they align with the strategic goals of the NLM.
- Conduct detailed analyses of client programs, processes, and operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on program performance, including recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and establish timelines for various initiatives.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they meet established goals and deliverables.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes and initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve program operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and issues.
- Provide support in the preparation and submission of budgets, funding proposals, and grant applications.
