What we're looking for :
We are seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team at The Fort Apartments, a 224-unit community located in Indianapolis, IN. As a Leasing Agent at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for :
- Maintaining a professional, positive, and engaging experience for prospective residents while showing apartments and answering questions
- Proactively managing sales, outreach, and lead generation, and converting leads into sales.
- Assisting in the preparation of market materials including newsletters, market surveys, and residential activities
- Processing apartment applications and lease renewals and accurately completing all related paperwork
- Working with the maintenance team to ensure apartment turnovers are completed in a timely manner
- Acting as an ambassador between the public, the residents, and the management team and providing quality and value by assessing the needs of every client and offering solutions
