Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Assist in daily office operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
- Process invoices through quickBooks, prepare and sedn preliminary notices on projects, maintian detailed contract logs, PO's, COI's, answering phones and scheduling.
- Coordinate and asist project managers/owners with various project related admin duties.
- Must be able to work well indepnedently, detailed oriented, strong communication skills, multitasking and excellent cutomer service skills.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide customer service support to clients and visitors
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Experience
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, type 45 WPM.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles is beneficial
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent typing skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
