Our universal bankers provide the Bank’s new and existing customers with quality service by assessing their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a strong customer-oriented culture by consistently achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
- Apply thorough knowledge of Bank products and services to exceed sales targets and identify referral opportunities.
- Engage in needs-based selling to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support the Community Banking Manager in achieving office sales goals and lead sales initiatives.
- Cross-train on operational duties to ensure seamless office operations and provide exceptional service.
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals and contribute significantly to office performance.
- Strengthen and expand customer relationships through effective referral strategies and partnerships with internal departments.
- Adhere to risk management procedures to protect the Bank and maintain compliance.
- Monitor and report individual sales performance regularly, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
Education & Other Requirements:
- Three or more years' experience as a Community Banking Specialist I or equivalent position.
- Proven track record in community banking sales, administrative, and operational functions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and moderate computer skills.
