Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Fence Sales Representative to handle a mix of outside and inside sales. This role involves generating leads, building client relationships, preparing estimates, and closing sales. Some fence industry experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial fencing market.
- Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and provide project recommendations.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in construction, fencing, or a related industry.
- Some fencing knowledge is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to read blueprints and site plans (a plus but not required).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits.
