Responsibilities: Management of the Special Projects team, project delivery, and execution. Manage project requests and provide instruction to team on tasks. Ensure projects are delivered timely and accurately. Develop, maintain, and document all team processes. Assist team with project work as needed. Collaborate with cross functional teams. Provide manager with regular updates. Manage team usage of service management platform to handle requests. Run reports and provide manager with regular updates on projects to ensure project deliverables are being met and completed on time. This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management. Requirements: Knowledge of Applied Epic insurance (AMS) software (SaaS). Able to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to anticipate solutions and problem solving. Able to solicit project work from cross functional teams. Professional, organized, and strong communicator. Must be able to communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to all levels of the organization. Competent with collaboration tools such as Monday.com, WebEx, Zoom or Teams. Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical problem-solving capabilities. Available for some off hours/weekend work and oversight of the team. Willing to travel up to 20% domestically over the course of the year. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Insurance agency management systems experience required. 3 years of Applied Epic management system experience. 3 years of management or supervisory experience preferred. P & C insurance licensed preferred.
