Job Summary:
The primary function of the Receptionist role is to provide administrative support as an extension to the service teams as well as coordination of general office maintenance. The position is accountable to provide a positive customer service experience through general processing and coordination functions to ensure service teams and/or client needs are met accurately and timely.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk greeter
Receive and transfer incoming phone calls, general email inbox messages, and faxes
Receive and transfer incoming phone calls
Distribute incoming physical mail
Grant/deny access to the elevator
Supply procurement and disbursement
Assist vendors as they visit the physical location
Coordinate with other leadership on event planning related to the business needs of Acrisure
Requirements:
Strong computer skills and a high level of comfort in a virtual work setting.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year experience performing administrative functions
