What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Case Manager III position at Acro Service Corp?
Performs professional social work in a psychiatric outpatient setting by overseeing and participating in assisting the developmental disabilities, mentally ill or emotionally disturbed to readjust and achieve a social, economic, emotional, and physical balance and personal independence compatible with generally accepted norms. Professional social work services include but are not limited to assessments, treatment planning, direct service provision, person-centered services and management of client risk and safety. Reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care services that Provides consultative services to other state and private agencies as well as referring clients/patients to appropriate social service agencies.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health field
- 3 years experience in case management
- 3 years experience providing clinical treatment
- Six months experience in narrative report writing.
- Six months experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Salary : $28 - $32
