Job Description:
Description of position and key work responsibilities/services to be performed:
- Consistently demonstrate excellence in hospitality to ensure B2B and customer interactions are reflective of its brand.
- Support in coordinating customer activities.
- Support a team of managers, senior manager, and group managers in coordinating customer visits.
- Create a more polished B2B and customer experience for Toyota guests. Roles and responsibilities may include clerical and administrative level support, meeting scheduling, room reservations, ‘run of show’ and ‘day of activities’ coordination.
- External B2B and customer follow up.
Requirements and qualifications (required and preferred):
- HS Diploma or GED.
- SharePoint, MS Office Suite
- Focuses one’s actions and decisions on timely and accurate responses to customers.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Work collaboratively with team members at all levels of the organization to ensure the team is prepared to support B2B interactions.
- Communicates clearly and is easy to understand.
- Listens actively and remains engaged.
- Has excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to be able to apply lessons learned from past experiences and be able to work through changes/situations in a consistently evolving work environment.
- Japanese language skills (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
