About the Role:
As our Event Planner, you’ll manage inquiries, plan logistics, and ensure that every detail — from first contact to final course — goes off flawlessly. You’ll collaborate closely with the front and back of house to deliver smooth, memorable events for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to event inquiries and guide guests through the planning process
- Build proposals, manage contracts, and coordinate all logistics
- Act as point-of-contact for all private dining and special event clients
- Work with the culinary and service teams to execute events seamlessly
- Oversee setup, breakdown, and day-of coordination when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in hospitality or restaurants
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- A professional, client-focused demeanor and strong communication skills
- A solutions-oriented mindset with great follow-through and attention to detail
