Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Agility to quickly learn new processes and recruiting technologies
• Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Can be a Coordinator who is recently graduated from college and does not necessarily
have Tech experience, needs to be someone with learning agility and customer service
as top skills.
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (particularly Workday), and background
check vendor tools (like HireRight)
• Previous experience supporting recruitment of technical roles in a fast-paced
environment, particularly in big tech companies
• Minimum 2 years supporting recruiting activities in a Coordinator capacity (including
complex interview scheduling and monitoring background checks with adjudication)
