Job Title: Senior Quality Control Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Acro Service Corp. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our cleanroom environments.
In this role, you will be working closely with our manufacturing and QA teams to coordinate routine environmental monitoring, changeover monitoring, and testing to support client campaigns. You will also be responsible for performing media fills and fill/finish monitoring, as well as acting as a quality control authority for aseptic flow and behavior within cleanrooms.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience working in cGMP cleanrooms and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental monitoring in classified cleanrooms, including surface, air, and non-viable air quality testing
- Test utilities such as USP water and clean steam, as well as other manufacturing environments
- Build credibility within the lab group by performing high-quality work
- Work closely with manufacturing and QA teams to resolve quality issues
- Communicate results of own work through discussions and documentation
- Flexibility in following unique campaign requirements
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a Life Sciences discipline
- 2 years of relevant experience working in cGMP cleanrooms
- Experience working in cGMP Quality Control
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's)
