What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Acro?
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION :
- Supervisor- Will spend most of the time supervising skilled trades and helping them. About 90% of the time
- Maintenance engineer - will help troubleshoot electrical / mechanical issues within machining centers - 10% of the time
- Work with Maintenance Senior Maintenance Team Leader to assure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line.
- Will be responsible for preforming weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness.
- SAP experience
- Experience with unions / maintenance / safety highly preferred - background in engineering also preferred
- Must be able to lead a team of union skilled trades that includes pipe fitters. Electricians, and R5s (mechanics)
- Active engagement in Maintenance Safety Culture.
- Experience with leading / supporting preventive maintenance program.
