Using state-of-the-art technology, Acromil, LLC in City of Industry, CA has been a primary supplier to the Commercial and Defense Aerospace Industries of complex structural components and assemblies since 1959. This vision led us to the acquisition of a similar business operation located in Corona, CA in September, 2018 for a total footprint of 200,000 square feet. Our Opportunity
We have a part-time temporary positions not to exceed 25 hours per week on a regular basis. The qualified individuals will assist Finance and Accounts Payable with full cycle accounts payable.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Assist Account Payable and Receivable team.
- Assist incoming and outgoing payment checks.
- Inventory adjustments.
- Adjust direct employee hours in ERP system.
- Vouch vendor invoices ensuring to confirm purchase / received quantity, received date and price accuracy by matching the invoice with the purchase order / requisition and receiving documents. (3-way match.) Ensure the appropriate / proper authorization signatures are on the documents. Assign accurate general ledger codes.
- Process vendor payments.
- Respond to vendor inquiries or discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor statements periodically.
- Create various reports and spreadsheets.
- Copy, scan, and file Finance documents.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have 2 years. experience performing a majority of the duties listed above satisfactorily. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.

Education and/or Experience:
Currently in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or similar field.
