Responsibilities :
- Maintain monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers networks and cloud services.
- Provide technical support to employees resolving hardware software and connectivity issues.
- Install configure and update operating systems software applications and security patches.
- Manage network configurations firewalls VPNs and security protocols.
- Ensure data backup recovery processes and disaster recovery plans are in place and functional.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and monitor for security threats.
- Support IT asset management procurement and vendor coordination.
- Document system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve IT systems and user experience.
