Responsibilities :
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches.
- Manage network configurations, firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
- Ensure data backup, recovery processes, and disaster recovery plans are in place and functional.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and monitor for security threats.
- Support IT asset management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve IT systems and user experience.
