Overview
Air Comfort Solutions Tulsa is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and clerical skills, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to manage various tasks, including vendor management, payroll processing, and training development. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-growing, high-performance environment. This role requires high competency in computer literacy. Service Titan literacy is desired but not required.

Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Oversee administrative functions including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
  • Handle payroll processing accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all office activities.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience with vendor management and payroll systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
