Assistant to PM Supply chain background, a lot of onsite activities Purchasing / planning experience in mfg. environment
Project Leader to coordinate project / procurement activities related to Productivity projects by ensuring the correct deployment of the general project / procurement processes in the plant.
Propose cost reduction projects / ideas (Quality value add & Change of supplier) within his / her perimeter in consistency with the Purchasing strategy goals.
Contribute to the correct financial analytics maintenance via the regular and constant update of financial tools.
Support the procurement strategy for supplier consultation & selection.
Support and / or lead all the activities related the supply qualification system in plant according with the responsibility matrix defined. Sourcing / Procurement :
iSAVE management / maintenance
Initiate and manage Request for Quote through SSP-SRM
Coordinate 3F's, Build Up and Samples as related to Project execution ERP update 'Workflows / One Shuttle :
- Update SL, Leadtime's, MoQ, New Part Creation. ERP update 'Workflows / One Shuttle :
- Update PIR and Vendor change.
PO Placement coordination (tools, samples and production)
Optimize logistics / packaging conditions and requirements according to plant / project needs
Project management :
Coordinate activities related to project needs & procurement activities. Oversee risk analysis to align procurement with project targets. Drive prioritization activities considering plant / project needs.
Resolve supplier / plants / cross functional groups conflicts.
Coordinate part qualification activities.
Collect productivity improvement ideas from the support functions. Plan Productivity Gemba Walks and Productivity Workshops

Qualifications :
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering and / or Supply Chain or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency to thrive in our global environment.
Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not a must
Familiarity with SAP, along with knowledge of engineering / manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including supplier management, cost analysis, and inventory management. Experience with commodities like stampings, sheet metal fabrication, plastics, or electronics.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Other Skills : Multicultural experience, teamwork, and digital acumen are highly valued. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and database management.2. Deliverables and Report Out Weekly A3 status updates and leadership reviews, including project status at PN level, scope and timeline. Updates directly in the following tools : JIRA, i-Project, i-Save.
Work Schedule
Any change requested to extend the work schedule (overtime) needs to be discussed previously between the area responsible and resource to get the official approval.
4Resource Location :
It needs to be defined since the beginning of the commercial relationship and it will be in alignment with needs.
Ways of working :
It needs to be defined since the beginning of the commercial relationship depending of the nature of activities. Should be hybrid (50% to 75% : on site / 50% to 25% : home) or 100% on site.
Resource Workload Review
In the cases where the resource workload changes (increase / decrease) it will require discussion to renegotiate rates in proper time (quarterly basis).
Resource needs to inform to area responsible in charge at least 3 weeks before the time off is required to be evaluated and avoid any disruption in activities / tasks on going.
