BIM Coordinator For International Large-Scale Projects!

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BIM Technician with 5-10 years of experience in hospitality projects, particularly in international settings, ideally in the Middle East. The ideal candidate must have expert-level proficiency in Revit.

The role involves transferring and developing smaller models and details into a large master model in Revit for a hotel project in Saudi Arabia, focusing on interiors such as model rooms, guest rooms, and amenity spaces. The candidate will collaborate with a principal, project manager, and 2-3 junior designers. Detailed schematic design is completed, and it will take at least 6 months to assemble the completed detailed model. The individual should also be able to troubleshoot for other designers.

Responsibilities

• Transfer and develop smaller models and details into a large master model in Revit.
• Focus on interior spaces such as model rooms, guest rooms, and amenity spaces.
• Collaborate with a principal, project manager, and 2-3 junior designers.
• Troubleshoot design issues for other designers.
• Ensure the completion of the detailed model within at least 6 months.

Essential Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Revit
• 5-10 years of experience in hospitality projects
• Experience in international projects, ideally in the Middle East
• Strong skills in architecture, construction documentation, and design development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, architectural design, drafting, interior design, schematic design, and construction drawings

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Nice to have: Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, Enscape, Rhino, 3DMax

Work Environment

The firm has 17-20 employees and typically works in the office 5 days a week with some remote flexibility.

The firm recently moved to a new, larger office in Chinatown.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00
