Job Title: Drafter

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Drafter to join their team. The individual will be responsible for utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to draft MEP systems in accordance with codes and client scope from start to completion. The role strictly supports drafting of projects within the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, and Structural sectors.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to draft MEP systems in accordance with codes and client scope from start to completion.
• Strictly support drafting of projects.
• Support projects within the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, and Structural sectors.

Essential Skills

• 0-2 years of experience as a drafter in the MEP space, architecture, or civil/structural.
• Knowledgeable with AutoCAD.
• Exposure to Revit.
• Ability to work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No degree required.

Work Environment

The individual will support the drafting team, working 40-hour workweeks with half days on Fridays. The position emphasizes work-life balance and involves 50% work in Revit and 50% in AutoCAD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
