Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Our Client is seeking a talented Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our growing dynamic team and play a key role in driving innovation through new product introduction and process development. Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for projects and drive results.
• Provide technical direction and leadership across site/regions to drive/lead best practices and continuous improvement projects, stay abreast of new technology, and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on HLA/system integration.
• Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies, and techniques and apply them to improve quality and efficiency.
• Carry out process improvement and problem resolution projects.
• Perform research, design, and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment, partnering with manufacturing teams.
• Support the manufacturing launch of new/revised products, including establishing goals, training team members, and evaluating results.
• Represent the Operations organization as the prime technical contact on electro-mechanical device projects. Interact with senior-level internal and external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
• Follow and develop technical specification requirements and provide significant input on technical procedures on various processes that impact multiple disciplines.
• Present complex technical information/analysis and respond to questions from technical staff members and management regularly and effectively.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
• Provide work direction to technicians and junior engineers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and other functional groups on manufacturing and regulatory compliance issues.
• Contribute to the establishment of business objectives, goals, budgets, and costs.
• Work with other manufacturing sites, including CMOs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $107000.00 - $133000.00/yr.
